Summary
The vehicle was originally finished in Dark Green Metallic from the factory. At some point during its life in Japan, it was professionally repainted in Deep Gloss Black.

While the paint is not a 10/10 concours finish, no repainting has been performed by us with the exception of the new hood (bonnet) that has been fitted. Instead, the exterior has undergone in excess of 40 hours of wet sanding and machine paint correction, carefully refining the existing finish without disturbing the underlying paintwork.'
We also removed the faded 73 Argent Stripe package and applied new 71-72 style Mach 1 Argent Striping, well, because they look a lot better in most peoples opinions and the fact that a lot of early 73 Mach 1's did get the 71-72 Stripes,
We have also installed a brand new set of Magnum 500's and a set of BF Goodrich Tires, along with the factory style aluminium rear window louvres and a new Mach 1 front Spoiler to finish off the staunch appearance.
The result is a deep, glossy, well-aged finish that suits the car’s muscle-era character — honest, presentable, and visually striking without attempting to misrepresent itself as over-restored.
